Any unauthorised reproduction or use of my paintings/images for profit or otherwise, is strictly prohibited, or legal action will be taken. This includes any sketches and photographs I might do. Thank you.
Availability & Commissions:
Many of my sold paintings are in the ‘SOLD’ gallery on my website; however, if you see one that you are particularly interested in, do email me about a similar commission or any questions you might have…no obligation.
Regarding commissions, I ask for 50% of the monies upfront which are cleared before I start work. This secures the commitment for us both, me as the artist and you as the client; this will be agreed in writing. The final 50% balance is settled upon completion, plus, you will receive a detailed invoice. I like to work closely with my clients, so dialogue is of paramount importance, where-upon we will discuss the outline. Please be aware that as the artist, the commission will be my interpretation of that brief. You will receive emails with jpegs as I’m working on your commission enabling you can watch your painting in progress and you may have input at any stage, or you may visit my studio at agreed time.
Payment for Artwork:
Cash option, or you can pay via the PayPal ‘Buy Now' buttons on my website site.
I welcome Cheque payments also but please note that artwork will not be go ahead/despatched until payment has cleared.

Your right to cancel - Faulty or damaged goods:
Cancellation of goods must be notified in writing (letter, email or phone) ASAP within seven working days. The painting/s should be returned in their original pristine condition within fourteen days of receipt at your expense. Goods will be refunded in the form of the original payment. These terms do not affect consumers' statutory rights.
Delivery Prices:
I pride myself of communication with customers at all times, offering very careful packaging of goods and have never had any damages or complaints about the quality of my work.
Delivery costs and postage will be discussed with individual clients depending of the size and weight of each painting. I aim to despatch artwork within five to seven working days of receipt of cleared payment. I will email you of the day of posting and track the goods online. Alternatively, you can pick up your painting/s from my studio directly. Late delivery will not constitute a breach of contract.
