This contemporary triptych painting, on deep box canvas, was executed in acrylics, using a dry-brush technique with matt medium [no water] to capture a translucent quality and depth, which gives the composition a deliberate blurry appearance.
It was painted on all sides of the canvases, so from wherever it is viewed, your eye continues round the corners.
This was a commission for a lovely family, brought to fruition by shared dialogue with my client, using four photograghs and my imagination to capture their holiday.
